Gabriella comes to principal Baraffe as an agent of ADC Japan to request ward-ship of Shiomi.  When Baraffe refuses, Dr.  Watabe orders Gabriella to take Shiomi by any means necessary!  Meanwhile, Ren is still plotting to eliminate ADC, much to Faafa's dismay.  When Ren appears inside ADC, Tokimitsu is ready to great him.  Will Ren's efforts be the source of his own demise?
