POSITION:  Internet Sales Agent

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Internet Sales Agent is responsible for the listing of product for sale by Diamond International Galleries, LLC through its online auction portal on eBay.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Picking inventory items to list for sale
  • Taking pictures of items
  • Cropping/Adjusting pictures for maximum sales effect
  • Listing a minimum of forty (40) items per day
  • Uploading listed items prior to completion of workday
  • Checking uploaded items for errors prior to items going live to auction
  • Organizing and maintaining shelf space for past and current auction items
  • Organizing items capable of being re-listed
  • Maintain cleanliness of office area and work space
  • All other duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college coursework completed preferred
  • Prior knowledge of comic book and pop culture industry
  • At least 6 months of previous Sales experience. Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience preferred
  • Must have a strong working knowledge and be proficient with computers, use of software applications, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be aware and familiar with eBay item listing procedures
  • Must be motivated self-starter, able to work autonomously, and does not require micromanagement
  • Strong desire to be part of a successful team
  • Competitive, confident, and competent with a desire to succeed
  • Outgoing personality with great attitude, work ethic, and professional demeanor/appearance
  • Access to dependable transportation to work location

 

Diamond International Galleries, LLC provides a fast-paced, fun, team-oriented work environment with an emphasis on training applicants to learn marketable skills in sales, marketing, and management; while also providing promotion opportunities based on performance. Once initial training is complete, applicants will be required to progressively learn as responsibilities are added.
