POSITION SUMMARY:

The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for the repair and maintenance of conveyor systems and lift trucks used within the warehouse, and for the cleanliness of a 600,000 square foot facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assign and oversee basic plumbing and electrical repairs and preventative maintenance to equipment and vehicles
• Request quotes, make purchases, and coordinate installation or delivery of warehouse equipment (racks, lifts, conveyors, and other materials)
• Assign and oversee daily cleaning activities
• Supervise a crew of maintenance and housekeeping employees
• All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of and experience with basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance
• Knowledge of and experience with conveyor systems and various lift trucks
• Knowledge of and experience with sprinkler and security systems
