POSITION:  Vendor Order Fulfillment Clerk

DEPARTMENT:  Receiving Audit Department

 

POSITION:

This entry level position works closely with Order Processing Analysts, vendors, the Purchasing Department’s Brand Managers, and Diamond warehouses with regards to No Cost Replacement (NCR) orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Data entry of No Cost Replacement (NCR) orders
• Logistics tracking, including UPS, FedEx, LTL/FTL Carriers
• Coordinate directly with warehouse to ensure orders go out in a timely fashion
• All other duties as assigned
• Bill fees for NCR orders
• Maintain NCR database
• Assist in resolving bar code issues in a timely manner

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with MS Office preferred
• Familiarity with MCBA preferred
• Ability to multi-task
