Diamond Comic Distributors has launched a new Diamond UK Retailer Website this week for all its customers serviced by Diamond UK. The new website will allow Diamond customers a more efficient and effective way of placing orders, managing billing, searching for products and maintaining their account.

“We are confident that Diamond UK retailers will find this new site to be a huge help in ordering from Diamond,” said Diamond UK General Manager John Hitchen, “and we look forward to acquainting customers with all of the new features that this site provides to keep their businesses operating profitably and efficiently.”

Those features allow customers to:

• Receive breaking information on events, promos & product information vis the site’s News section;

• Create initial PREVIEWS orders
• Place reorders and upload them via Excel (.xls/.xslx file formats)
• Adjust weekly/monthly Final Order Cut-off (FOC) orders
• Search & order items with partial word search
• Request unfilled order reports
• View invoices and account history
• Download the latest in-stock, liquidation, price changes files and retailer order forms
• Create sub-logins for employees with different levels of access & authorization
