Diamond and Trajectory Announce Global Digital Comic Distribution Deal

Trajectory™, Inc. and Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. today announced they have entered into a multi-year agreement to bring printed comics into digital marketplaces around the world. As part of the agreement, Trajectory will produce digital comics through its facility in Beijing and distribute the digital editions through its vast network of eBook retailers, library and school distributors on six continents.
“We’ve identified a significant amount of demand around the world for English language comics. Comics are a key component of pop culture and the world has its eyes on America,” said Jim Bryant, Trajectory CEO. “We are delighted to be delivering these great stories to readers of all ages around the world for them to view and interact with on their phones and tablets.”
Trajectory has established a global network of eBook and app retailers. Through a single onboarding site maintained by Trajectory, publishers can simply upload their files and designate where they would like the digital edition of their titles distributed.
