Day-Early Delivery Street Date Violation E-Form
Retailers can now report suspected violations of the Wednesday street date by utilizing the Street Date Violation E-Form available on Diamond’s Retailer Services Website.
The template provides space for information about the store making the complaint and the store suspected of committing the violation. Customers filing the complaint are also asked to submit documentation of the offense to a dedicated email – violation@diamondcomics.com – that is also provided on the template. There is also space for customers to provide additional comments.
For the first confirmed street date violation, a participating retailer will face a one-month suspension of Day-Early Delivery privileges. For the second confirmed offense, the retailer will face a three-month suspension of Day-Early Delivery privileges. For the third confirmed offense, the retailer will face an indefinite suspension.
It should also be noted that retailers who are confirmed to be making false accusations of street date violations against fellow Day-Early Delivery program participants will also be subject to the same penalties.
All violations will be determined by Diamond in its sole discretion.
