As Marvel previously announced via press release, it will be offering qualifying retailers personalized Amazing Spider-Man #666 Comic Shop Variants that feature unique covers with your comic shop being defended from the dangers of Spider-Island by the Wallcrawler himself!

Exceed 150% of your total orders for Amazing Spider-Man #658 (FEB110551D) that were placed by its FOC with your orders for Amazing Spider-Man #666 (MAY110632D) placed by its current FOC of June 13, 2011, and you will be able to order the Amazing Spider-Man #666 Comic Shop Variant (MAR118297D). This special variant carries a minimum order quantity of 500 copies, which must be ordered by the June 13 FOC.
Copies of the Amazing Spider-Man #666 Comic Shop Variant ordered by that FOC will be billed at a net price of $2.00. If orders placed by the FOC exceed 1,000 copies, Amazing Spider-Man #666 Comic Shop Variant will be billed at a net price of $1.75. Qualifying retailers will be contacted after the FOC on how they can upload a photo of their store or the store logo to be included on the cover of the Amazing Spider-Man #666 Comic Shop Variant. Retailers will have two cover templates to choose from, as described above. (Each retailer cannot order both covers; they can order only one of the two cover templates through the single Diamond item code of MAR118297D.)
In the Amazing Spider-Man #666 Comic Shop Bugle Variant by Ryan Stegman, an actual photograph of your comic shop will be inserted into the front page of the Daily Bugle featured on the cover! In the Amazing Spider-Man #666 Comic Shop Spider-Man Variant by Humberto Ramos, Spider-Man can be seen valiantly defending your comic shop, complete with store name and logo!
Additionally, the back cover will feature a personalized ad for your store containing your store’s contact info that you submit. Be sure to begin checking your email address after the FOC of June 13 for details on how to create your personalized comic cover, as there will be a hard deadline on submitting your store information and image assets for the cover. This email should arrive several days to a week following the FOC.
By placing an order for the Amazing Spider-Man #666 Comic Shop Variant, you are agreeing to receive an overprint of 5% for free, as there will be no damage or shortage replacements except for severe cases.
