All Free Retailer Admissions to SDCC Distributed

After overwhelming response, Diamond has distributed all Comic-Con International: San Diego free admission passes provided by the organizers of the industry’s largest annual convention to accounts that registered and no more passes can be assigned to requesting retailers.

Free admission entitles a maximum of two attendees associated with the account entrance to all four days of this year’s sold-out SDCC, which runs from July 21-24, as well as Preview Night on Wednesday, July 20. If you previously registered to receive free admission but will no longer be able to attend SDCC, please contact Diamond Customer Service Manager – Domestic Nance Romer by email or phone at (800) 452-6642, ext. 811 so that the passes can be reassigned to another account.

If you will be attending SDCC, don't miss the Retailer Lunch that will be hosted by Dark Horse, DC, and Diamond and held in Room 31ABC on Friday, July 22 from 12:30 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. Register with Romer if you have not already done so, and click here for details.

If your request for admission was previously accepted by Romer and Diamond was able to complete your registration on your behalf, you should have or will shortly receive an email that includes your confirmation number and other documentation you’ll need to pick up your badge.

Simply bring the confirmation materials – along with a valid photo ID for each owner or authorized buyer receiving a free admission – to the convention center, and you’re in! Please Note: No one will be issued a free admission badge without a valid photo ID and the confirmation paperwork.

Diamond and Comic-Con International will vigilantly track all free retailer admissions to ensure that they are used only by those individuals registered by Diamond. Should unauthorized parties attempt to gain admission with materials provided to verified Diamond accounts, Comic-Con International: San Diego reserves the right to discontinue the free admission offer through Diamond in the future.
