Don’t Miss Marvel’s New Avengers #27, Mighty Avengers #1 Ordering Incentive Variants
Adding to the excitement surrounding the conclusion and aftermath of Civil War, Marvel Comics is offering retailers special ordering incentives for New Avengers #27 (DEC062329D) and Mighty Avengers #1 (JAN072385D), giving stores the opportunity to receive free copies of interlocking Leinil Francis Yu 1-for-100 Variant Covers!
As detailed in the December 29 Marvel Mailer, for every 100 copies of New Avengers #27 ordered, Diamond customers will automatically receive one free New Avengers #27 Yu Cover Variant. Additionally, for every 100 copies of Mighty Avengers #1 purchased, retailers will receive one copy free of the Mighty Avengers #1 Yu Variant Cover. These dynamic covers interlock to form one larger image of the assembled Avengers. Artwork seen to the right represents partial covers only, as the full image will not be revealed completely until the variants ship. [Please Note: The New Avengers #27 1-for-100 Variant is different from and in addition to the previously solicited New Avengers #27: Young Gun Leinil Yu 1-for-50 Variant (NOV068172D).]
Orders for New Avengers #27 must be placed by the Final Order Cut-Off (FOC) Date of Thursday, January 18, and will be combined with initial orders and prior reorders. Carrying an FOC date of Thursday, February 15, Mighty Avengers #1 can be ordered with the January Marvel Previews. New Avengers #27 is slated to ship February 7, while Mighty Avengers #1 is scheduled for delivery March 7. (Please Note: The cover price for Mighty Avengers #1 has been adjusted from $2.99 to $3.99, as seen in the December 27 Diamond Dateline’s Price Changes column.)
