The following employees have recently joined Diamond’s Customer Service, Credit and New Accounts teams:
• Dexter K. Flowers has joined Diamond’s Sales Team as a New Accounts Representative. Originally from Baltimore, MD, he went to BrownUniversity where he studied Philosophy, and has recently returned to the working world after taking off a few years to write a novel. Flowers began reading comics when he was 10, has written reviews and features for BrokenFrontier.com, and has worked at ComicsKingdom in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore. He enjoys music, movies, baseball and the sort of laugh that sometimes makes him black out.
• Also joining Diamond’s Sales Teams as a New Accounts Representative is Charlie Mewshaw. Currently living in Baltimore, Mewshaw graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Natural Resource Management. As a child he became interested in comics, which led him to his current position. Mewshaw also enjoys live music, stand-up comedy and snowboarding.
• Jeff Mitchell joins Diamond’s Customer Service Department as a member of the Northeast team. Mitchell comes to Diamond after spending six years with eSylvan where he served as an admissions counselor. In his spare time, he enjoys reading comics and watching movies, and is an avid fan of Mystery Science Theater 3000, football and basketball.
• Joining Diamond as a Credit Analyst is Adam Niehaus. Originally from Westminster, MD, he now lives in Owings Mills with his fiancé Jenny and will soon welcome a puppy dachshund named Doobalina into his home. A graduate of TowsonUniversity with a B.A. in Business, Niehaus previously worked for Bank of America and Freedom Point Debt Solutions. He enjoys watching the Baltimore Ravens and playing poker.
