POSITION SUMMARY:
Research and process shortage/price claims in a customer/client oriented sales environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Research and process customer credits/claims in a timely manner.
- Assist Credit Analysts with proof of delivery and claim disputes.
- Assist with order entry/research and database management.
- Assist Vice President and Sales Managers with special projects.
- All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum high school degree or equivalent. College preferred.
- One plus years customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills a must (Windows/Windows 95 preferred)
- Knowledge of DBD services, policies and systems a plus.
- Knowledge of book market industry a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
