POSITION TITLE: Order Fulfillment Analyst      

DEPT: Receiving Audit Department

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

This ENTRY LEVEL position is responsible primarily for the fulfillment of customer orders. This position will also track and move product within the company. In addition, this role will work closely with distribution centers, the Customer Service and Purchasing departments, and Order Processing Representatives to ensure the proper handling of Diamond inventory, particularly as it pertains to purchase orders and customer orders.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Relocation process for coverage of customer orders left unfilled with weekly shipments.
• Maintenance of follow-up database for unfilled customer orders.
• Investigation of product movement and receiving throughout the company, particularly as it pertains to customer orders.
• Assist other departments with questions and requests regarding purchase orders, customer orders, product and MCBA data.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Allocation processes for allocated items, and maintenance of allocation database.
• Prepare weekly shipping report for traffic manager and warehouses.
• Weekly processes regarding unfilled orders related to new Inventory codes.
• Working with Diamond UK to monitor product and orders between UK and US.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQURIED:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills and experience in management of data systems.
• Experience in MS Office
• Experience processing orders or wholesale distribution.
• Excellent Organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
