REMINDER: Wizard Offers Retailers Free Admission to Wizard World Chicago!
Wizard Entertainment is offering Diamond customers free admission to Wizard
World Chicago, which will be held at the Rosemont Convention Center in Rosemont,
IL from August 13-15.
To take advantage of the free admission offer, retailers need only contact their Diamond Customer Service Representative by Wednesday, August 11. (Please Note: You will need to specify how many people and the number of days attending, with a maximum of two free passes per account.) Furthermore, interested parties will need to print and fill out a special survey, which is available as an Adobe Reader file (.pdf file extension) by clicking here, and staple a business card to the form to gain entrance to the convention.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator and Astonishing X-Men writer Joss Whedon is this year's Guest of Honor. Additional guests at Wizard World Philadelphia will include: Marvel Comics Editor in Chief Joe Quesada, WildStorm Productions Founder Jim Lee, Top Cow Productions Founder Marc Silvestri, filmmaker Kevin Smith, actor Jason Mewes, and many others.
Furthermore, Diamond Executive Director of Marketing Communications Shelley Myers, Director of Sales Mike Schimmel, Purchasing Manager - Comics Jim Kuhoric, Customer Service Midwest Team Leader Tom Sadowski, Marketing Assistant Kevin Byrne, and Outside Sales Representative Tim Kartman will be on hand at the Diamond booth, and Diamond Select Toys and Collectibles (DST) Director Chuck Terceira and Marketing Associate Chris Myers will be present at the DST booth.
