Fred Gallagher Creates Warmth for AmeriManga

.html
I.C. Entertainment has announced that Fred Gallagher - writer and artist of the wildly popular Megatokyo - will contribute his new strip, "Warmth," to its anthology title, AmeriManga.

"'Warmth' is a project I started before an unimportant little side project called Megatokyo took over my life," explained Gallagher. "At the time, I felt that I didn't have the skills to tell the story the way I wanted to. In fact, the main reason I started doing Megatokyo was to get in a lot of drawing practice so I could someday do 'Warmth' properly. Now that I've completely lost all sanity and am doing this stuff full time, I'm pretty excited about doing 'Warmth' as a monthly installment for I.C. Entertainment's AmeriManga magazine, which has impressed me with its format and the quality of the other artists involved."

AmeriManga is I.C. Entertainment's monthly anthology, which features the talents of five American artists who illustrate their stories in a manga style. The anthology includes not only 20 to 28 pages of story from each artist, but also a pull-out poster, contests, "manga savers" (coupons for other I.C. Entertainment products), fan mail, fan art, and omake (a Japanese word meaning "extras") - including bonus artwork and notes from the individual artists.
