From The Scoop: Tarzan Westworld Club Card
From the September 22issue of Gemstone Publishing's The Scoop:
In the 1950s, England featured a Westworld Tarzan Club. One of the main items offered was a 1 3/8” tall plastic badge which featured a silhouette of Tarzan. This badge is rather scarce today and of interest to collectors.
A newly discovered item from the Westworld Tarzan Club is the membership card which was issued to club members. The front of the folded membership card featured an artist's rendition of the club bade. Each card was stamped with a member number and also gave printed spaces for a child to fill in their name, address, birthday, and club rank. The back of the card featured a secret message decoder for the club members to decode secret messages.
