Marvel Announces “Young Guns” Variant Program for New Avengers #1-#6!

Following the red-hot events of its "Avengers Disassembled" event -- and the Wizard World Chicago branding of six up-and-coming artists as Marvel's Young Guns -- Marvel will relaunch Avengers in the September-solicited New Avengers #1 (SEP041723D). To promote this event, the publisher has commissioned Marvel's Young Guns artists with a special variant cover program for New Avengers #1-#6!
Please Note: The New Avengers/Young Guns program is the special variant cover incentive mentioned on page 1 of the September Marvel Previews, but it was not explained in the September Previews Retailer Order Form.
Under the terms of this promotion, retailers can receive one copy of New Avengers #1 Steve McNiven Variant Cover (JUL046034D) for every 20 copies of New Avengers #1 ordered by its Final Order Cut-Off (FOC) date of November 3. The variant cover edition(s) will take the place of an equal quantity of the regular cover, as seen in the following examples:

Additionally, Marvel's other Young Guns artists will each produce a variant cover for New Avengers #2-#5, with a top-secret, to-be-announced mystery artist providing the variant for New Avengers #6.
Shop owners need only order within 95% of their total order for the previous issue to qualify for each new variant cover. Say you do not meet or exceed 95% of your order for the previous issue - then your order will be filled according to this example:
Order 100 copies of NEW AVENGERS #1 and you will receive 95 copies of must order 95 copies of NEW AVENGERS #2.
If you order 95 copies, you will receive 91 copies of NEW AVENGERS #2 REGULAR EDITION, + 4 copies of NEW AVENGERS #2 YOUNG GUNS VARIANT EDITION.
If you order 90 copies, your order will be fulfilled as 90 copies of NEW AVENGERS #2, + ZERO YOUNG GUNS variant covers.
To be eligible for the incentive for NEW AVENGERS #3, you must order 95% of your order for issue #2. If you ordered 100 copies of NEW AVENGERS #1, 95 copies of NEW AVENGERS #2 and 90 copies of NEW AVENGERS #3, your order will be fulfilled as 86 copies of NEW AVENGERS #3 REGULAR EDITION, +4 copies of NEW AVENGERS #3 YOUNG GUNS VARIANT EDITION.
If you order 89 copies, your order will be fulfilled as 89 copies of NEW AVENGERS #3, +ZERO YOUNG GUNS variant covers.
New Avengers #1-#6's regular covers will be illustrated by series artist David Finch, with the "Young Guns" and mystery artist providing variant covers on the following schedule:
