Diamond Expands HTML Email Offerings
In an effort to improve service to retailers, Diamond is upgrading its
email system to more fully accommodate HTML emails. Soon, most emails sent from
Diamond will be available in this new format.
Currently, Diamond Daily is the only Diamond email available in HTML. As those who receive Diamond Daily in this format surely know, HTML-based emails are far easier to read than those in plain text format. HTML allows for easier-to-read text and the inclusion of graphics, which make each story more compelling and attractive.
With the exception of the Invoice in PDF Format, Invoice Text File, Invoice Data File and UPS Tracking #'s emails, all emails sent through Diamond will be available soon in HTML format.
Retailers can elect to receive emails in HTML format by visiting the Web Preferences (https://retailer.diamondcomics.com/main/CustPrefHandling.asp) page on Diamond Online's Retailer Services Area. Once there, enter your email address and select the HTML option for each email you are interested in receiving in HTML format, with the exception of those listed in the previous paragraph.
Please note that certain emails will continue to be sent as plain text, based on the nature and timing of the email. With that in mind, if you have chosen the HTML option for an email that is only available in plain text, you will receive it in plain text.
