It’s only logical for retailers to capitalize on the excitement generated by this announcement with merchandise from Diamond!

Star Trek has been thrilling viewers since its debut in September 1966, evolving from an entertaining, groundbreaking TV show into a worldwide pop cultural phenomenon. Boldly going where no network has gone before, G4 will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the original Gene Roddenberry series with the first TV airings of classic episodes to feature innovative, interactive components, such as “Trek Facts,” “Trek Stats,” “Beam Me Up” and the “Spock Market.” Premiering Monday, April 10, Star Trek 2.0 will air Mondays through Fridays at 11:00 p.m. E.T./P.T., while original, uncut episodes of the original Star Trek will air without the interactive features during Saturday marathons from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., beginning April 8.
