DST Renews Buffy the Vampire Slayer License, Announces New Prop Replicas
Diamond Select Toys and Collectibles (DST) has announced a continuation of its popular Buffy the Vampire Slayer (BTVS) and Angel licenses from Fox Licensing & Marketing, and an expansion of the existing license to include prop replicas based on the popular franchises!
As a result, numerous previously announced prop replicas will now see life as DST releases, beginning with the BTVS: Urn of Osiris Replica (JUN064021U), solicited in the June Previews. Scheduled to ship September 27, the collectible is a beautiful polystone recreation of the prop used in Buffy’s sixth season opening episode, “Bargaining.” Widely considered the only safe method of “true resurrection,” the Urn of Osiris is the perfect choice for the inaugural piece in DST’s line of BTVS and Angel prop replicas.
