Marvel Final Order Cut-Off Form Now Available at Retailer Services Area
Diamond and Marvel Comics have announced that retailers now have a new,
easy-to-use method of adjusting their Final Orders for Marvel titles with the
Marvel Final Order Cut-Off Form.
Accessible on the Weekly Tools page of Diamond Online's Retailer Services Area (directly below the UPS Package Tracking link), or via https://retailer.diamondcomics.com/main/foc_update_marvel.asp, the Marvel Final Order Cut-Off Form will always feature a complete list of the current week's Final Order Cut-Off (FOC) titles. (Please Note: The Marvel Final Order Cut-Off Form is only accessible to retailers who have previously placed orders for Marvel products.) Each week's listing will be available beginning Tuesday afternoon for the week in question, and will be adjustable through 3:00 p.m. E.T. that Thursday. (For example, Marvel titles with a FOC date of Thursday, December 18 will be listed from the afternoon of Tuesday, December 16 through Tuesday, December 21, but will only be adjustable through 3:00 p.m. E.T. on December 18.)
To view the current week's listing, select the account number you wish to use, and click the "Show Marvel Items" button. The page will then display a listing of all Marvel titles with FOC dates for that week and the quantity you currently have ordered for each. To adjust your numbers on any of the titles, simply enter a new quantity into the "New Qty." field on the right-hand side of the page, and click the “Submit” button. Upon submitting your new quantities, your changes will be e-mailed directly to your Diamond Customer Service Representative for verification and processing. (Please Note: Changes must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. E.T. on the current FOC date, and the current week's titles will no longer be adjustable via the Marvel Final Order Cut-Off Form after that time. However, retailers can still adjust their orders from 3:00-5:00 p.m. by contacting their Diamond Customer Service Representative directly.)
