Imported from Japan! Getter Robo G was a Super Robot anime series created by Go Nagai and Ken Ishikawa and produced by Toei Animation in 1975-76! The three robots from the series were previously released in Mattel's Shogun Warriors line, and were also seen on U.S. TV in the "Force Five" anime lineup under the title of Starvengers. Now, the Getter Robo G trio has returned, thanks to Bandai's "Soul of Chogokin" line! Each SOC Getter Robo figure - Getter Dragon, Getter Liger, and Getter Poseidon - stands approximately 6" tall and features amazing detailing and articulation. Getter Dragon G includes Tomahawk, transforming head, and extra fist; Getter Liger includes Drill Arm, Chain Arm, and Liger Missile; and Getter Poseidon includes twin missile launchers, Poseidon Whirlwind collar, and Tank Tread Legs! In addition to all of these cool accessories, each Getter Robo figure is modular - its arms, legs, and torsos can be interchanged with those of the other Getters! Add to that miniature versions of their head ships (with stacking display stands) and modular display bases to display your Getters and all of their accessories together, and you have one awesome trio of Super Robots!
