What do you do that's innovative within your store? We have our local gaming group organize and participate in store events, which has helped the group to grow in this area.
What has been your best promotion? Our loyalty card program.
What has been your best out-of-store or cross-promotion? In 2010, we held a large Magic tournament at a science-fiction convention in Lake Charles.
What recent changes have you made in the store? We've expanded certain product lines and decreased or eliminated others.
Any plans for the near future? We're going to concentrate more on in-store gaming.
