How was your FCBD event? Awesome!
What did you like about the Retailer Summit? The silent auction and the free C2E2 pass.
What aspect of your store makes you the most proud? The large gaming area, toy and trade displays.
What do you do that is innovative within your store? We have a large selection of open box games that anyone can come in and try out, and we offer loaner trades for certain titles.
What has been your best in-store promotion? Our Christmas party with free gifts and food, midnight releases of M:TG and HeroClix products.
What has been your best out-of-store or cross-promotion? We've hosted comic movies at the local theater and provided giveaways.
What recent changes have you made in the store? We've added a 2,000 foot gaming area.
What are your plans for the near future? We're going to start hosting larger M:TG events.
How did you choose your store name? It was passed down from a friend.
