Best Retailing Memory: “A ways back, unbeknownst to me, a 10 year old boy had come into the store and stolen a comic book," said Kozicki. "That weekend, the boy came in with his family. His parents knew he had stolen the book and brought their son in to spend time in the store doing some work to pay off what he had done. Our store is part of the community, and with that comes the responsibility to teach values. And this episode was memorable for that reason."
