SDCC Issues Pass Codes Providing Free Admission to Diamond Customers

The organizers of the industry’s largest annual convention have issued Complimentary Pass Codes giving Diamond customers free admission to all four days of this year’s Comic-Con International: San Diego, which runs from July 22-25 – plus entrance to Preview Night on Wednesday, July 21!

To take advantage of this offer, please contact Diamond Customer Service Manager – Domestic Nance Romer by phone at (800) 452-6642, ext. 811, or via email at rnance@diamondcomics.com; all Diamond accounts may register for up to two free admissions. You will be given one Complimentary Pass Code per attendee, with the Pass Codes allowing you to print out a unique barcode that will serve as your ticket to the event.

Once you have your Complimentary Pass Code(s), direct your Internet browser to http://www.comic-con.org/cci/cci_reg.php to register. On the Comic-Con site, click on the black button that reads “Click Here to Redeem Your Complimentary Pass," which redirects you to the Attendee Registration Page. You will also be asked for information such as the name(s) of the attendee(s), store/company name & address, ZIP code, and email address. Once the registration process is finalized, you’ll be able to print a barcode, which will also be emailed to you. Finally, bring the printed barcode(s), driver’s licenses for all attendees and your store’s business card to the Industry/Professional Registration booth at the convention.

Please Note: Pass codes are only available for storeowners, managers and buyers. The code(s) you are given can only be redeemed once, so do not share code(s) with anyone else. To prevent abuse resulting in potential lost income for Comic-Con International, Diamond will be reviewing the list of online registrants provided by SDCC organizers to verify that all those signed up are indeed storeowners, managers and buyers of active Diamond accounts in good standing. It is imperative that you enter your store or company name on the registration screen; if you do not enter your store/company name, your registration may be voided.

If anyone wants to run an in-store contest for free passes to SDCC, they should contact Matt@comic-con.org and request complimentary tickets for this purpose. Please keep in mind that only a limited number of "comps" will available for this purpose.

Please Note: You must register your Complimentary Pass Code online by Friday, July 9 in order to receive free admission. You will need to register one Complimentary Pass Code per attendee, with a limit of two Complimentary Pass Codes per account.
