Packing List

• A packing list (in English) must be created for each shipment.
  
  
• The packing list must accurately state the quantity of product shipped.
  
  
• The packing list must be attached or inside lead box (box 1 in a multiple box shipment).
  
  
• A second copy of the packing list must be attached to the carrier’s bill of lading.
  
  
• The packing list must include the following:

-Total number of cartons/pallets
-Shipping Address
-Vendor Name/Address clearly listed on packing label
-Description of product (title)
-Item code (Diamond item code)
-Quantity per carton
-Total Quantity shipped
-Weight
-PO#
