Konami Launches Busou Shinki Online Game, Figures

Now, those two exciting genres fuse in a new way for 21st century gamers with Konami’s Busou Shinki Series 1-3 MMS-Type Figures (OCT06 4452-9, $21.99-$39.99, both Featured Items in the October catalog that are available in North America exclusively through Previews!

Konami introduces its innovative new Busou Shinki massively multiplayer game with three series of 14 cm, customizable action figures. Combining the appeal of miniatures with the popularity of interactive gaming, Busou Shinki is sure to generate significant enthusiasm from gamers. Each new figure includes a unique code that grants collectors free access to Konami’s game site, where they can pose and accessorize a 3-D rendering of the purchased figure. Once players have customized their character, they can then square off against other virtual opponents from across the country and, eventually, around the globe!

Series 1 figures include Angel Arnval & Devil Starf, while Series 2 contains Cat Maochao, Dog Howling & Rabbit Waffebunny, and Series 3 includes Knight Xiphos, Samurai Benio & Santa Claus Tsugaru.
