Ape Entertainment Releases Megamind Movie Prequel

On October 26, Ape Entertainment is releasing a graphic novel inspired by the upcoming DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc Megamind, which is due in theaters on November 5 and features the voice talents of Will Ferrell, Tina Fey, Jonah Hill, David Cross and Brad Pitt. Published under the company’s all-ages imprint, KiZoic, Megamind is the third DreamWorks Animation property to be given the comic book treatment by Ape Entertainment.

Also on tap for April 2011 is a 48 page prequel to Kung Fu Panda 2. Due in theaters on May 27, 2011, Kung Fu Panda 2 features the voice talents of Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu, David Cross, Gary Oldman and Michelle Yeoh.
