Marvel Studios' Captain America Introduces the First Avenger on July 22! Are You Ready?

On July 22, audiences everywhere will be able to see the Sentinel of Liberty wield the shield on the big screen, as Chris Evans brings the icon to life in Marvel Studios’ Captain America: The First Avenger. With the Thor, Iron Man, and Hulk theatrical properties already well established, Captain America is the last cog for Marvel Studios to begin assembling the Avengers. This film should thus be popular with those that have been won over by Marvel's effective marketing efforts, fans of the character, of World War II-era flicks, and the greater on-screen Marvel Universe.
