About Our Shop

Favorite Recent Comic Book: New England Comics' The Tick

Special Events: In-store gaming.

Community involvement: We participate in FCBD with the library, and we give speeches about comics at schools and libraries.

How was your FCBD event? It was better than the last. We tried bounce back coupons and they worked pretty well.

What aspect of your store are you most proud of? Our diversity.

What do you do that is innovative within your store? We listen to our customers' requests.

What has been your best promotion? Word of mouth.

What changes have you made in the store over the last six months? Increased the gaming area, the graphic novel section and our back issues.

What are your plans for the next twelve months? More gaming events.

How did you choose your store name? It was already chosen when I bought the store.

Toys and Comics are present and accounted for (and is that a print of an alien priest in the background?!). Backpacks and roller skates are examples of the items that serve to diversify the product mix at Myth Adventures. Gamers can stock up on product and supplies here, and even sit down to play if they so choose.

More supplies for the gaming enthusiast. Games aren't the only item in abundant supply here. Behold the wall o' comics and trades! Owner Helgi Davis stands behind the counter, subtly reminding FTR that his shop is indeed not a library.
