How was your FCBD event? Great! FCBD continues to grow larger each year (We always order extras for our customers that are teachers.).
What aspect of your store makes you the most proud? Customer knowledge. I've known a lot of my customers more than 20 years... now serving some of their children!
What do you do that is innovative within your store? Gift registry
What has been your best in-store promotion? Simple "Staff Pick" cards do great.
What has been your best out-of-store or cross-promotion? Local theatres. We always order extra FCBD books for them to give away during children's movies and summer comic-related movies.
What recent changes have you made in the store? Gacha machines!
What are your plans for the near future? New display cases for statue section and we rearrange our miniatures.
How did you choose your store name? Wayne's World was a huge movie when I began thinking of store names. It just stuck.
