What changes have you made to your store over the last six months? "Purchased new bookshelves that ring the entire store. Reorganized product to make it easier to locate and added new skirting on the back issue islands."
What are your plans for the next 12 months? "Switching the store over to a MAC computer and adding a point-of-sale system."
How did you choose your store name? Old fashioned brainstorming.
