Making Sure Your Copy of ComicSuite is Up to Date
As Diamond continues to upgrade and add new features to ComicSuite, you may not know how to make sure your copy is up to date. Follow these instructions to make sure your copy of ComicSuite is the latest version.
- Click on the Utilities Menu
- Click on Check for Software and Data Updates (Note: Build updates will be checked each time the user connects to Diamond's system for any reason)
- Confirm your retailer login and password
- If any build updates are available you will notice a flashing red message at the bottom right of the screen that says "Important System Download Notifications"
- Click on the red message marked "Important System Download Notifications"
- Confirm that the check box labeled "Software Updates Detected" is checked
- Click OK
- Depending on the version of the ComicSuite installer that is installed on your machine, you may receive a dialog box that displays your Database Connection setting. If you recieve this dialog box click OK
- Click Apply
- ComicSuite will automatically reopen once the build update has been applied
